One year term required or a $200 early termination fee applies. The equipment charge
will appear on the first bill. Laptop users and some desktop users may need to purchase an Ethernet card.
Billing begins on service activation date. Service not available in all areas. Subject to change without notice.
Acceptance of Terms of Service required. Taxes and additional fees extra. The average installation takes 2 to 3
hours and will be done in a manner that is easiest for the installers. Basic installation includes mounting of the
radio, entry through outside wall and connection to customer equipment. If the customer requests a different
installation configuration (for aesthetic reasons, or otherwise), the installer will make good effort to meet the
customer's request. Please note the following conditions that will require charges over and above the standard
$99 installation fee. If an installation takes longer than 3 hours or attic access is requested, it will be considered
a non-standard installation. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $55 per hour. Materials and equipment
required for a non-standard installation will be billed to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: routers,
switches, hubs, CAT5 cables, mounting equipment to raise the antenna to overcome obstacles, etc. |
